Technique: IMRT, 6 MV, daily image guidance. Concurrent cisplatin 100 mg/m2 x2 cycles.

Treatment dates: 04/12/2021 to 05/28/2021. Site: left oropharynx and bilateral neck. Total dose: 70 Gy in 35 fractions (2 Gy per fraction) to gross disease; 56 Gy to elective neck.C-9
Max spinal cord dose 44.1 Gy; max brainstem dose 47.8 Gy.
Tolerance: grade 2 mucositis, PEG placed week 4. Complete response on 3-month PET/CT.
